Xbox at Poznań Game Arena (PGA)

Gaming at Scale

Poznań Game Arena is Central Europe's largest gaming event, and Xbox wanted a presence that matched the energy and excitement of the gaming community. Our task was to create a 200 m² experience zone that would accommodate thousands of daily visitors while maintaining the premium Xbox brand aesthetic.

The Experience Zone

The space was divided into distinct zones: a hands-on gaming area with 30+ consoles running the latest titles, a competition stage for live tournaments, and a content creator lounge for streamers and influencers. Custom LED strips and ambient lighting created a futuristic atmosphere that immersed visitors in the Xbox universe.

Sound isolation was a particular challenge in the busy expo hall. We integrated acoustic panels into the beMatrix framework, creating zones where visitors could fully experience the audio quality of Xbox games without external noise interference.

Impact

Over the three-day event, the Xbox zone attracted an estimated 15,000 visitors, with average wait times of just 6 minutes thanks to our efficient flow design. Social media engagement from the event reached over 2 million impressions, with the stand itself being one of the most photographed locations at PGA.
