Xbox at Poznan Game Arena (PGA)

The gaming industry is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing sectors in the world, and Wise Expo simply had to be at the heart of its biggest celebration in Central and Eastern Europe. Poznań Game Arena (PGA) 2024 transformed the MTP Poznań Expo into a massive gaming hub, attracting over 61,000 enthusiasts across five halls. Among the giants, the Xbox stand stood out as a monumental center of entertainment.

Speed is the name of the game in both gaming and exhibition building. We were tasked with designing and constructing a massive 700m²+ stand in just two weeks. The project required flawless coordination to create an open, spacious environment that allowed fans to move freely while experiencing the latest Xbox titles in a premium setting.

1. beMatrix & LEDskin Integration: The core structure utilised the beMatrix modular system, allowing for a rapid yet rock-solid build. We seamlessly integrated LEDskin screens into the walls, creating vibrant, flush-mounted digital displays that brought game trailers to life.
2. Suspended Structures & Scale: To ensure maximum visibility across the crowded halls, we implemented large-scale suspended elements, making the Xbox zone a beacon for every visitor entering the MTP grounds.
3. 3D-Printed Detailing: To bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds, we populated the stand with a fleet of mannequins and intricate decorative elements produced with advanced 3D printing, adding a unique tactile layer to the fan experience.

A high-impact, high-traffic success. Despite the record-breaking construction time, the Xbox stand was a masterclass in modern exhibition design, combining industrial speed with the creative flair demanded by the world's leading gaming brand.
