Agfa at FESPA Amsterdam

FESPA Global Print Expo is the ultimate stage for the printing industry. For Agfa, a global leader in inkjet printing, we were tasked with delivering a monumental 500m²+ stand. The project wasn't just about size; it required surgical precision in coordinating global teams and managing the complex installation of heavy industrial machinery.

1. This project was a true international powerhouse. Our team at Wise Expo worked hand-in-hand with Agfa’s technical departments from Belgium. Seamless communication between our structural experts and Agfa's engineers was crucial to ensure the stand's layout perfectly accommodated their latest technology.
2. Beyond the beMatrix modular framework, the core focus was the integration of massive printing machines. We coordinated the precise timing of machinery placement, power requirements, and structural reinforcements, ensuring a safe and visually stunning environment for global product premieres, including the award-winning Jeti Condor and Jeti Panther.
3. Despite the vast scale, the use of the beMatrix system allowed for a clean, architectural finish with rapid installation. We created distinct zones for live demonstrations, VIP lounges, and technical areas, all maintaining a consistent, high-end brand identity.

A flawless execution of one of the largest stands at FESPA 2024. By bridging the gap between Polish craftsmanship and Belgian engineering, we delivered a space that not only looked spectacular but functioned as a high-performance industrial showroom.
